The city of pretoria is known as a tourist Mecca with a variety of monuments, museums, theatre, art galleries, historic houses, dams, botanical gardens and Game Parks. We are within walking distance to most Embassies, and close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment centres.
Colbyn Guest Lodge creates the feeling of being out in the country although easily accessible (only 3 minutes) to all major highways and only 52 km from the Johannesburg International Airport. The guest house is situated in the well-known Colbyn area, adjacent to the parliament buildings and one of the oldest areas in the city of Pretoria.

DAY TRIPS AND TOURS
We also arrange daily trips or tours to different parts of the country, like Pilansberg, Sun City, Soweto and the world famous Kruger National Park, Maputo, Swaziland. Other interesting day trips could include museums, the botanical gardens or other places of interest like Gold Reef City and Cullinan village/diamond mining.
AIRPORT PICK UP AND DROP OFF
A shuttle service is available or can be arranged to and from Johannesburg International or any airport located nearby and is charged at a reasonable average cost.
